Kirsty is an accomplished Creative/Design Director with a profound passion for design, a keen intuition for compelling aesthetics, and an unwavering customer-centric approach. Over her +15-year career, she has consistently delivered exceptional results.

Since January 2023, Kirsty has held the prestigious role of Brand & Design Director for NiX by Nicola Harding, extending the design ethos of Nicola Harding & Co studio to a broader audience. NiX curates an effortlessly stylish and inspired collection of timeless homeware essentials, reflecting Kirsty's commitment to enduring quality.

In her prior role as Product Innovation Director at Photobox-Albelli Group, Kirsty spearheaded the launch of over 25 new product types (2019-21), contributing to a multi-million euro revenue boost.

During her tenure as Creative & Product Director at Soho House & Co, Kirsty achieved remarkable success by transforming the Cowshed brand and achieving a 50% growth in the new Soho Home brand within a single year.

In 2014, she co-founded the luxury, minimalist watch start-up Freedom to Exist (fte), showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit.

With international experience, Kirsty has lived and worked in China, traversing Asia, Europe, and the UK for business purposes.

Her specialties encompass product and ranging strategies, trends analysis, homeware and furniture design, product design, product development, NPD, buying, international sourcing, as well as photo/video shoots, creative direction, art direction and representation at international design fairs.
