NESTING CANDLESTICKS
The Nesting Candlesticks were selected by Heal’s for Heal’s Discovers 2011.
This modular candlestick designed exclusively for Heal’s by London based designer Kirsty Whyte allows you to assemble your own customised centrepiece by building up several of the holders.
Whyte focuses on designs which can be adapted to suit personal needs, and came up with the idea for these candleholders whilst playing around with OXO cubes.
Made in walnut, each holder has two embedded metal sections for holding candles.

LIMPET HOOKS
The original Limpet design launched in 2009, were manufactured from timer off-cuts by a UK timber manufacturer.
They were retailed in the Kirsty Whyte website for £12.99 each.
After being submitted by Kirsty to the VOTE section of the MADE.COM website and receiving a huge number of customer votes, the Limpet Hooks have now been launched by MADE.COM due to popular demand.
They come in a multi-coloured plastic set of: 6 x Hooks at only £29.
Kirsty Whyte has creatively combined a contemporary design with a classic satin finish. These timely, organic, mollusc shaped hooks are a striking addition to any room.
The hooks are warm, tactile and practical; the vibrant red and blue colours combined with the muted grey and eye-catching design make interesting wall art.

INNY & OUTY
These items were produced during my time in Sweden.
They were my final project on my glass design course.
They are a collection of modular vases. The vases have a lip which allows them to be mixed and matched to suit various lengthened stems of flowers.
I developed a new manufacturing process in order to achieve the lip.
WARP Clock
A family of spun aluminum wall clocks. WARP was launched at 100% Design 2009
Rather than just seeing clocks as a flat wall piece I wanted to create an interesting wall covering that occupies a more 3D space.
On the left you can see the aluminum and gold anodized finishes. The clocks were manufactured in the UK, please contact me if you are interested in licensing or stocking the design.
WARP CLOCKS – UNITE:D - The clocks shown left were part of the Designersblock Unite:d Collaboration show at Birmingham interiors 2010. The aim of the project was to encourage designers, artists and manufacturers to work together on new projects.
This collaboration was using an existing Kirsty Whyte design; the Warp Clock. Two UK graffiti artist were given free rein to explore the products form for themselves. Creating exciting limited edition results.
Moose & Yeti is an up and coming design company, specialising in illustration, screen print and graphic design. The company has recently taken off with increased recognition, from well-known businesses such as Monorex and Knomo London. Combining comic book style illustration with urban art, Moose & Yeti’s unique style takes you into a fantasy world of brooding and mischievous characters that are sure to make your eyes bleed!
Moose and Yeti’s principal behind the work is: ‘The artwork was primarily developed from my interest in the Victorian era, and has been the main inspiration for a lot of my recent work. Giving the characters dark,sunken eyes and blank expressions gives a menacing atmosphere to my pieces, which I love.

GORDO Light
The round ‘space age’ shape and experimental manufacture inspired the name “Gordo”, after the first monkey into space!
Made from Borosilcate glass and manufactured using a process developed with the manufacturer, to create this ‘one piece’ pendant light.
Its a design thats at the prototype stage, and is available to be licensed.
It was exhibited in Milan 2009 as part of Designers Block.
